RIght to no self incrimination, "Pleading the FIfth"
The 5th Amendment to the Constitution is the right to remain silent, you don't have to answer any questions asked. You can plead the fifth in a court.

A violation of your 5th Amendment rights is for example in court they ask you questions such as your Guilty pleasures, or something you find embarrassing and they tell you that you HAVE to admit to it, even if it doesn't have anything to do with court. If you are forced to say it, that is a violation of your fifth amendment rights
