Amendment 12 Presidential elect and Vice President elect voted SEPARATELY in Electoral college
Amendment 12 is the elections of the President and Vice President are separate in the Electoral college
A violation of this Amendment would be if for example during an election ALL the votes toward the President elect also elected the VP candidate as well. If one gets in, both get in. This is a violation of the 12th Amendment.
